kSLR tokens are earned — not bought. Every token represents 1 kWh of verified solar production.

Is this really free?
Yes. No fees, no catches. kSLR tokens are minted by the protocol and distributed to verified solar producers. The Foundation does not charge for participation.
Do I need crypto experience?
No. If you can use email and online banking, you can collect kSLR. We offer a managed account option so you don’t need to set up a crypto wallet at all.
Can I earn SolarCoin AND keep my other solar incentives?
Yes. kSLR rewards are completely separate from net metering, feed-in tariffs, RECs, and SRECs. You keep all your existing incentives and earn kSLR on top.
